How is this kit different to our others?
Our mini silk kit and dye your own silk scarves kit use a technique that involves distributing dyes directing onto the silk with droppers, allowing pre-mixed colours to flow together and create a loose colour wave.
This silk course and kit introduces more advanced techniques, ones where you can mix your own dye colours, work with patterns and designs and contain dye in certain areas. It requires more tuition, materials and time to dedicate to the learning phase than the simpler technique. A great step up for someone who has completed one of our other kits and is looking to expand their knowledge and create a wider variety of scarves.
